$29 plus taxes application Fee per adult (each adult has to apply separately)

Documented proof of income needs to be 2.5 times the rent (gross)

Proof of identity: Copy of valid identification card, driver’s license, or passport

Copy of Social Security card

Verification of employment or provided income

Verification of rental history

Fair Credit

NO evictions, judgments, or utility collection accounts on your credit
HOW TO APPLY

Fill the contact form saying you're interested.

You will receive via email an invitation to apply.

Fill out the application form.

Pay the application Fee online.

You'll enter details about yourself, including: ​

>> Your name and contact info, and preferred move-in date.
>> Any co-applicants, minors, guarantors, or pets who will be living with you.
>> Residence history, employment & income details, and references.
>> Identification info, and any vehicle information.
>> You'll then be asked to answer a few security questions from your credit file. For example, you may be asked about a city you lived in or where you've banked.

Your information is secure and is only used to verify your identity in order to provide your screening reports. It's never shared with the property owner, and it's not stored in promainvestments.com or any other website.
